The Language Center offers two Zoom Rooms, which are physical spaces that contain dedicated hardware for Zoom conferencing.

Zoom Rooms are used primarily for conferencing. But did you know they can also be used as a small video recording studio?

There are a growing number of Zoom Rooms available across campus, including two in Jones Hall. A Zoom Room can be reserved for a variety of purposes, and one of the most common is as a place to join an already scheduled Zoom meeting. 

When using Google Slides, have you ever tried to hide your presenter notes from your audience? By changing display settings, you will see your presenter notes on your laptop, but your audience will see the slides on the projector screen.

Here's a simple solution to try the next time you need to make the classroom presentation system, your laptop slides, and Zoom work together to project the right content for both your in-person and remote audience.
